Bertha Wakisa Chiudza is a Malawian global climate and sustainability leader, entrepreneur, and advocate for inclusive green growth, with over 18 years of international experience across multilateral institutions, UN agencies, international NGOs, and development organisations in Malawi, Denmark, and South Korea.

Her expertise spans climate action, environmental and social sustainability, gender equality, inclusive development, circular economy, and green entrepreneurship. She has worked with leading international institutions including the Green Climate Fund (GCF) and the Global Green Growth Institute (GGGI), as well as UN and international development organizations—UNOPS, UNFPA, WFP, Oxfam & Plan International.

Bertha is translating her international sustainability experience into practical, locally driven solutions. She is also Co-Founder of Mizu Garden & Events Centre, a sustainability-oriented events and hospitality venture; and actively contributes to climate, sustainability, and women's economic empowerment initiatives through leadership, advisory, and mentorship roles. Bertha is the G100 Malawi Country Chair on Environment, Climate, Biodiversity & Oceans. She also serves as an Executive Member & Ambassador for World Femme' Parliament.
